Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item(s) upon receipt following our standard return procedure outlined below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

We will provide you with detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds
